Have been lazy, programming-wise.
Touchy-feely says that written goals are firmer, so:

New public goal is: C++ to TDAPI (broker) interface code working.
Had played with the APIs & python before, but the C-streaming callbacks
sounded problematic (though 'ctypes' should make it not so hard).
